Once you accept our quote, securely package your item and send it using a tracked postal service. Keep your proof of postage until your transaction is complete.
Postage Costs
Customers pay to send their items. Better Sell reimburses tracked postage costs up to £5 where an item is accepted for purchase.
Packaging
Items should be packaged securely to minimise damage in transit.
Delivery
Risk remains with the customer until the item has been delivered to Better Sell.
