Inspection
Every item is inspected to ensure it matches the description provided.
Revised Offers
If an item's condition differs from the description, we may issue a revised offer. Customers have 3 calendar days to respond. If no response is received, we may treat the revised offer as accepted and complete payment at the revised amount.
Declined Offers
If you decline a revised offer, we can return your item once return postage has been paid.
Abandoned Items
If no response or return postage is received within 30 calendar days after reasonable contact attempts, we may treat the item as abandoned in accordance with applicable law.
